Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our online store. If you continue to browse and use this store, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. The term "Twoteks", "Us", "We", "Our" or "Website" refers to the online store - Twoteks.com. The term "Buyer" or "Customer" refers to the individual or organisation that buys or agrees to buy the service from us. The term "Goods" or "Product" refers to the items that the Buyer agrees to purchase from us.


1. Conditions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the Provision of Goods by us to the Buyer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Buyer.

1.2. Any variation to these Terms and Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Supplier.

1.4. Any special conditions applying to the provision of the Goods are set out in the Schedule to this agreement.


2. Orders

2.1. All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

2.2. We strictly supply to mobile phone, laptop, tablet, pc repair and accessory companies only, NOT to the general public and/or companies trading in another industry.

2.3. Orders made by the Buyer to send Goods to a residential address will be cancelled and refunded. We only send parcels to commercial addresses.

2.4. Orders typically take 2 to 3 working days before being dispatched.


3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery times depend on the service and destination the parcel is going to.

3.1.1. DHL is 4 to 8 working days. Hong Kong Speedpost is 5 to 8 working days. EMS (China) is 5 to 10 working days.

3.2. Once the order is ready for dispatch, it is passed on to our couriers from our China office. The parcel is then taken from China to Hong Kong, which takes 1 working day. It is then booked out from Hong Kong and a tracking number is supplied.

3.2.1. You may receive a tracking number and the courier's website has no data for it, the reason for this is due to the parcel being in cargo from China to Hong Kong (as explained in 3.2.). You should wait for the tracking details to be updated on the courier's website a day later.


4. Refunds & Exchanges

4.1. We will not process a refund for orders that are in process or have been dispatched.

4.2. We will not refund or exchange for a product that has been 'ordered by mistake' or a 'wrong product ordered' by the Customer.

4.3. Refunds will only be made for a product that is not in stock from an order placed (before being dispatched from our warehouse) by the Customer.

4.4. If a product has been returned by the customer as faulty and meets all the terms in our 'Returns & Warranty' section, we will exchange it for the same product. If the product is not in stock for replacing, we will issue a coupon to the Customer for the amount of the returned product only, which can be used for up to a year (from issue date) for an order placed in the future.

4.5. We will not exchange or refund for a returned/faulty product which doesn't meet our terms in the 'Returns & Warranty' section.

4.6. Products returned which do not meet our terms in the 'Returns & Warranty' section will be held in our warehouse for a maximum of 7 days, which (if made within this period) will be returned in the Customer's next order free of charge. If an order has not been placed within this period by the Customer, we will dispose of the products without notice.

4.7. Products returned that are not our stock, will be disposed of without notice and a charge will be made to the Customer's account with an admin fee of $2.00 per product.

4.8. We will deduct transfer fees from the amount for any refunds that are sent by Western Union.


5. Price and Payment

5.1. The price of the Product shall be that what is displayed on the Website.

5.2. Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3. Payments can be made via a Paypal account, Credit/Debit Card via Paypal, Bank transfer or Western Union.

5.4. Payments must be made in full or delays will occur with the order made.

5.5. If payment is made by Bank transfer, please include the order number in your reference so we're able to dispatch the order efficiently.

5.6. PayPal may hold the payment for review, which usually takes up to 48 hours. During this time we're unable to send out the order until funds have cleared and PayPal have made the funds available back in to our account.

5.7. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has arrived and cleared in our account.


6. Returns & Warranty

6.1. Our warranty period is for 30 days from date of purchase.

6.1.1. Returns must be sent back to us for inspection before any exchange or refund is made.

6.1.2. Our warranty label and/or stamp should be on the product.

6.1.3. The product is not damaged, scratched, cracked, broken or marked.

6.1.4. The product must be returned in original packaging (bubble bags, plastic bags, box packing, seals, stickers.

6.1.5. The product must be returned in original condition.

6.1.6. The product must be unused.

6.1.7. There must not be any pressure damage. We have equipment to test this.

6.1.8. The product, if a part or accessory must be fitted on correctly. If ill fitted we will not accept returns.

6.2. An exchange shall not be warranted if all of the above criteria are not met. 


7. Age of Consent

7.1. The Buyer should be over the age of 18 in order to buy our Products.


8. Cancellation

8.1. The Buyer has the right to cancel an order if it hasn't already been processed.

8.2. If an order has not yet been processed and is paid for, the Buyer has the right to cancel and We will refund the total amount paid minus 2% for admin fees.


9. Anti-Fraud Measures

9.1. All orders made are automatically checked using our anti-fraud system where the IP location of the customer is logged and checked against various factors. If an order is flagged as a 'high risk' we will report and pass on all details to the Police or INTERPOL.


10. General

10.1. We reserve the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. We shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order.

10.2. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at anytime.

10.3. We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing the Services from the Website or for refusing to process an order.

10.4. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire or failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, and the we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations.


11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.

11.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents or employees.

11.3. In no event shall we be liable for any special, punitive, lost profits, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action under contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal obligation, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. Due to laws in particular jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion of limitation of liability for some damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. Users of any product and services sold by us agree that we are not liable for any illegal conducts involving the use of those products and services.


12. Privacy Policy

12.1. We will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on Buyers to any third parties. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that the Buyer submits to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. You have the right to withhold personal information that is not needed for the transaction.

12.2. The Buyer's statutory rights are not affected by this privacy policy.


13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

13.1. We shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

13.2. Any renewal of the goods on our website will be subject to our then current Terms and Conditions.
